Setup & Help Guide
Is billing system ko use karna bahut aasan hai. Neeche diye gaye steps ko follow karke aap apna setup complete kar sakte hain.
1. POS Billing (Bill Kaise Banayein?)
- Manual Entry: Item ka naam, price aur quantity daalein aur "Insert to Invoice" par click karein.
- Inventory Selection: Agar aapne Plugins me Inventory ON ki hai, toh seedha dropdown se pre-saved item select karein.
- Print & Reset: Bill poora hone par "Commit & Print Layout" dabayein jisse aapka bill print ho jayega. Naya bill banane ke liye "Reset Invoice" par click karein.
2. Stock Inventory (Items Save Karna)
- Sabse pehle Plugins Architecture tab me jaakar "Manage Inventory Console" ko ON karein.
- Left menu me "Stock Inventory" ka naya option aayega, wahan jayein aur apne items aur unka price save karein.
- Limit: Free plan me aap maximum 50 items hi add kar sakte hain.
3. Plugins & Extra Settings
- GST Accounting Ruleset: Isko ON karne par final bill me 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST) automatic jud jayega.
- 80mm POS Thermal Handler: Agar aapke paas 80mm receipt printer hai, toh isko ON karein. Print button dabate hi layout apne aap 80mm size me set ho jayega.
- Extra Charges Module: Delivery, Packing ya Installation charges bill me jodne ke liye is plugin ko ON karein.
⚠️ Important Note (Free Plan Limits & Storage)
Yeh system aapka data aapke browser (Local Storage) me safe rakhta hai (Refresh karne par delete nahi hoga).
Limits: Free plan me aap har mahine maximum 200 bills bana sakte hain aur 50 inventory items save kar sakte hain. Limits cross hone par aapko Pro version chahiye hoga.

Extra Charges Module
Enables a checkbox on the billing screen to attach additional charges (delivery, making, packing, installation etc.) with individual tax %, automatically added into the final invoice total.
Discount Module
Adds an "Apply Discount" option to the billing screen — set a percentage or flat ₹ amount that's automatically subtracted before GST is calculated.
Customer Details Field
Adds Customer Name & Phone Number fields to the billing screen, which then print directly onto the invoice header.
Auto Invoice Numbering
Automatically assigns a sequential invoice number (e.g. INV-00001) to every bill, printed right on the invoice header.
Pro Plugins Locked
Yeh modules currently locked hain. Padhein inka kaam kya hai — activate karne ke liye Pro subscribe karein.
AI Chatbot Auto-Biller
Customer se chat karke sabka bill khud detect kar apne aap bhej deta hai — bina manually invoice banaye ya bheje.
Custom Invoice Logo
Apna business logo aur branding directly invoice header par print/preview me add karne ka option.
